About Us

David Lockhart - I was born in Makeesport, PA and grew up in Plymouth, IN, out in the country. Eventually my family followed our grandparents down to sunny Florida. I attended school at Tampa Jesuit High, then graduated from USF with a degree in Business Administration. I owned and Operated an Italian Restaurant in St. Petersburg for 17 years. My wife and I love investing in real estate! As a result we have become licensed realtors and dedicated ourselves to helping others find their dream home and increase their wealth through investments. We have started Lockhart and Associates at Keller Williams Realty to serve our clients. We are members of Northwest Church of Christ. We volunteer at St. Pete Ronald McDonald House and Habit 4 Humanity on a weekly basis. I have raced stock cars in Florida for over eight years. My current passion is competitive cycling!! Wendy Lockhart - I was born and raised in Southern, CA. I attended high school at Warren High in Downey, CA and earned a college degree in Accounting from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, where I lived for over 10 years. I have been in Florida now for 8 years and am enjoying every minute of it! I earned my CPA in TN and worked in corporate accounting for over 12 years. I moved into managing Financial Software Systems and continued with that for another 7 years. I've invested in real estate on the side for several years. This allowed me to retire from my corporate job and pursue my passions - real estate. I also compete on the AVP pro beach volleyball tour and I enjoy tennis and surfing.
